Note: If in doubt, enter your best guess estimate for each item. Feel free to round up or down as needed.
We need to know about anyone with access to systems like computers, data, email, or software - generally, any "tech" your organization owns.
Shared computers are machines that aren't assigned to a specific employee, like kiosks or registers, and which different people might need to use.
We need a count of all servers, both physical and virtual machines, local or cloud-based, responsible for hosting information or software.
We need to know how many locations you have with Internet Service or a separate network. We do not count remote workers' homes as locations.
